Will my University penalise me for using a proofreader?

No. The work you send to me, is completely your own, I simply proof-read your document to ensure it is clear, concise and error free. If I feel the need, I will make suggestions to add or take away text but it is your decision if you go ahead with the suggestions made.

When will my document be returned?

Your document will be returned within the the agreed turnaround time. Turnaround time begins once payment received is confirmed.

Can you proofread my document in less than 24 hours?

In most cases this is possible however, it is dependent on the word count. Price may vary for this service please specify on contact form.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via PAYPAL or bank transfer. Payment details will be on the invoice attached with the quote offer email.

If I add text that you suggest? can I send you my document back to check the added input and will this cost me?

Yes, you can send your document back to check a second time, at no extra cost.

I have noticed that you offer a Zoom call. What does this include?

The Zoom call is an extra addition to your proof-read work. If you would like me to discuss in more detail the changes and additions that have been suggested, this is an additional feature which requires a fee.

No, as a proofreader I do not write the content of your manuscript/document, I simply proofread to ensure your document is clear, concise and error free.
